Absolutely rude every time I've calledFirst time was about neutering a bunny and he told me that he wasn't in the office and to call back later but was very rude about itThe second time I called about grooming services for a bunnyHe yelled and told me why would I ever think about grooming a bunny ***I will NEVER EVER recommend anyone to this person or using his services
