This company is selling Non opt in email lists as legit opt in emailsWe purchase a list of 20,supposed Opt in emailswe tested emails and all were stopped by spam filtersThat's 28% of the email list was garbageWe contacted *** about the issue and received an email back with a chart explaining that the email list of 100,was a clean list and nothing was wrong with it even though in there chart of the 100,67,were badBut again we did not purchase 100,but only 20,When I pointed that out the rep again said how can I say they are bad if I couldn't even send them out?? We asked for a refund and they refused to answer any emailsHere is the email I sent to them after receiving the ridiculous chart
After reviewing your email, I don't see how you could call this list cleanFirst the list I was provided was 20,not 100,as in your chartI randomly pulled emails times from the list of 20,The first random list Mail *** would not even except so a second was selected and this time Mail *** excepted but when going to send to the supposed "good" emails Mail *** blocked them and alerted us to the issue Ronnie mentioned earlierThat means something like 28% of the list you provided was garbage that is not acceptable I have been working with emails and purchased lists for years and have never had that high of a potential bounce rate except when purchasing non opt in emailsI was not involved with the original purchase but I don't believe Ronnie would purchase a non opt in list knowing full well sending this kinda of list will potentially black list his domain in single shot Ronnie after looking at this chart and the claims I don't think this company can provide a true clean list that would satisfy what your looking forMaybe I'm wrong but unless we can be provided with a true CLEAN opted in list I don't see how we can move forward I think at this point this best course of action is for *** to refund you Ronnie and we cut ties with them

The list was cleaned and the emails are validatedYou can't claim they are no good when you have not even emailed to themAlso, so you know, mail*** forbids third party lists, I was reading their terms of serviceIt sounds like you will need an SMTP server that allows emailing of any listsMy response to them
I don't know what your trying to pull but this is not my first rodeo dealing with purchased email listI can claim its not clean by 28% of a list of 20,being flaggedI have sent 100,000's of purchased list emails via mail *** with zero problems until this list, You are putting peoples domains at risk with these tactics
You sent a misleading chart to try to get over on Ronnie, Sorry that is not going to workHe is aware of the purchase of 20,emails yet you send a chat of 100,emails, As far as your pie chart do you think a legit clean list looses 67,emails to spam, traps and other issues?
