Hi I talked to [redacted] and there was some confusionWe had left a few messages on his voice mail but didn't know if that was a correct number because it was just a general voice mail departing just a phone numberI explained to him that his credit card was never charged since we didn't have the it in stockCredit cards are not charges u tip the day the merchandise is shippedHe acknowledged his credit card was not chargedHe said he had sent two emails dropping the complaintI just wanted to make sureI am waiting to hear back from him the it he would like to orderThank you [redacted] ***

I have been a customer for years, and have bought several bags. One needed a replacement tassel. I’ve been promised that tassel repeatedly for 4 years, and have never received it. I bought a beautiful purse in November and the clasp broke almost immediately. I have emailed over and over and have tried to call the customer service number, but no voicemail has been set up. I can not use the purse, which was one of the more expensive ones. Not sure I want to send it in for repair, after reading the other bad reviews. Beautiful products, but customer service for this company is terrible

I have been a client of Glenda Gies for several years and have sent customers to her, as well. I personally have 4 purses and have purchased 2 for my mother. In April, she encouraged me to send her one of my purses, because it needed a new clasp. I sent the purse in July and still have not received the repaired purse and it is the end of December. One of my mother's purses now needs a new clasp as it is entirely broken, however, I am not sending it because I believe it will not come back. I have sent multiple Facebook messages, which resulted in a few emails, which have eventually led to absolutely nothing. I am extremely disappointed and will not refer and business to her, nor will I make another purchase. I do not understand how a business person could knowingly keep a product that was purchased from a customer. I think that is actually called theft.

Review: I placed an order for a purse on April 12, 2014. I was emailed a confirmation of this purchase. Today is 5/16/14 and I have not received this item. I sent 2 or 3 emails to the company through their website without reply. I tried calling and leaving a voicemail 2 or 3 times without response. I used the track order function on their website, and it did not work.Desired Settlement: I would like confirmation that this product is coming, or I would like a refund.
