We did not have dinner that night until and I was told to return all of the order she said I could bring it over or they could send a driver being inconvenience I said to send a driver the pieces that were missing were in the garbage which I offered them also she said no not necessaryTo resolve a full refund of dollars will do that never to order from a dishonest place again

I received the response from the customer and I'am very disappointed about being insulted calling me and my business dishonestI don't understand how I'am supposedly being dishonest? I do pride myself on being a christian and my business on helping the community I live inIn years of being in business supporting local schools, kids sports programs, and the lake county batter women's shelterI have done countless benefits at my business helping sick people with dying diseases at my expenseI have NEVER been accused of being dishonest in my life! Thank you for taking your time to be professional with meApparently me taking my time and my resolution isn't appreciatedPlease provide an address I can send the refund check to, so I never have to deal with be insulted again.*** * ***

My name is *** *** the sole owner/operator of Glenda's pizza depot and I'm responding to a complaint from 4/6/ID #***Everything I'am telling you is what has been told to me by one of my employee's in response to the complaint since I was not directly involved with this
issue. I have been told that the customer picked up their food at 4:40pm and did not call to complain until hours after picking up the foodThe employee said they offered to replace the food 100% if the customer could return the foodThe customer said they could not bring the food back, so we sent our driver to the customers home and picked up the foodOnce we received the food we determined nothing was wrong with the small cut pizza and the 1/sheet pizza was a little doughyWe only received 1/the food and that is why we only offered 1/credit for the 1/sheet. The employee said she never told the customer she was the owner, she said she spoke to the owner which was my wifeThe employee said when she called back to tell the customer what we could do for her credit wise that she spoke to the customers grand daughter because the customer was sleeping and could not come to the phone. I'am not a member of the Revdex.com, and have never had a complaint through the Revdex.com in the years I have owned Glenda's pizza depot, but I do care about the reputation of my business and would like to resolve the issueI can offer a full refund for the 1/sheet of $18.99. Our policy is we will credit or replace any of our product at 100% if the customer reports the problem with in the first hour of receiving the product or the customer can return majority of the product. Please feel free to contact me regarding this issueAlso, I copie the customers email on this response. Thank you,*** ***
