Glendale Animal Hospital

Had the worst experience of my life with Dr. B[redacted] who is far from a professional. Our dispute began when trying to get a charge authorization form completed, because my dog just received care and were with my roommate. She was condescending when trying to 'assist' me with the form. I wanted to ensure that it was accurate and that all the information was there to ensure everything is paid up. I reacted to her rudeness with a plea for her to stop being rude, for which she retorted that she would 'call the police' and let them handle it. 
My initial issue was that they were holding my dog hostage until my roommate could get my care credit information to them to process the payment. The dog isn't a piece of furniture and regardless of their status as a Animal Hospital I wasn't okay with leaving my dog with them without myself or roommate there. There are plenty of cases here in the valley about animals being mistreated by Professionals. 
She threatened to call the police, because I was irate at her attitude! I wasn't violating a single law and, I am sorry, but name calling isn't an offense to bring the authorities. Not only that, they threatened my roommate that her name would be in the police report! It's an offense to file a false report with police! She happily admitted that she calls the police regularly on, I am assuming, disgruntled patrons. 
I never had a problem with Dr. Day, but sadly I won't be taking my dogs there ever again. Please, do yourself a favor and don't take your animals there. They treat people very horrible.
