Even less than a one. I give him no stars! I had fallen and hurt my ribs. I was quite impressed with how nice the office was and the woman at the front desk was very nice and courteous.I asked him to take xrays of my ribs. He didn't he took them of my spine. During the review of my xrays he then asked me if I was opened minded. I was vulnerable due to just being told I was in Stage 3 kidney failure. He did a few adjustments on me the first appointment and my back felt a little better. I then went another time and felt better. Each time I went and even receiving multiple text messages he was extremely forward and direct trying to sell me on some Multi-level marketing scheme he was involved with. Every time I went to just get a quick adjustment. He would talk to me non-stop about this wonderful investment opportunity that I should join. He only gave me bits and pieces about this product. Then he texted me with a name and I [redacted] and found a lot of negative comments regarding "[redacted]". I then let him know that I knew about the company and the negative remarks. He still was extremely pushy. I finally sent him an email on his "[redacted] web site" telling him to send me a final bill and not to contact me again. I then went into his office and paid him a portion of my bill. He again went on about this product after telling him over and over I was not interested. Today I called to make a final payment. To my disgust he answered the phone. I tried to tell him he was pushing away clients over being fanatical about his involvement with a pyramid scheme. He once again went on and on so I hung up on him. He told me I could not make a payment over the phone because he didn't know how to use the payment machine. I asked him when the office lady would be in. He told me to stop by with cash. At this point there is no way I would give this man cash! This man just texted me and told me to mail him my final payment as he didn't appreciate me hanging up on him. He is unprofessional in my opinion. I was basically harassed every time I was there trying to get my back treated. It certainly wasn't something I would expect to have to deal with while getting Chiropractic treatment.
