Glendale Dental Group Ltd.

My wife had very bad tooh ache that started on Friday night. The pain became unbearable by Sunday. I called the Glandale Dental Group becasue I had looked up "emrgency dentists" on Friday just in case she could not make it through the weekend and their website said they where open on Sundays until 5:00 pm. But instead of the emrgencycare we so desperatley needed, all I got each time I called was a message that "I had reached their after hour VM and to leave a message so they can call me back in the morning". But then it went on to tell me their hours and Sunday 10 am to 5 pm was listed once again (I callde at 11:00 am and 1:00 am). I left 2 VM and sent them and email but no-one has gotten back to me.

If you are going to advertise that you are open for EMERGENCIES during certain hours, you should make darn sure you are really open. An emergency is an emergency (meaning -it can not wait). I was counting on this place to be open but it was not, so hear my wife sits in more pain then she can handle waiting to get into the ER. At least they are open as advertised. I suggest they fix there advertising so more people do not have to have false hope that there is someone out there that can help them when they really need it.
