otherwise the bill was going to be sent to our collection agencyAfter being sent to collections the patient confirmed with my practice administrator that the address listed in our billing program was indeeed her correct addressOf the four bills that were sent to her home address, which was listed on the patient information sheet that she herself completed, none were returned as undeliverableFinally, the patient did sign a form acknowledging the fact that if she did not pay any unpaid bills her claim would be sent to our collection agency. The patient has requested that the claim be removed from collection and we would be happy to comply with her request once she pays her claim in full
