pick-up the key to a smoking room. She assured me that #[redacted] was in its original condition. I took her words. About half an hour later, a couple walked-in to look at the room before payment was made. I took then to Room [redacted], unlocked the door, I was shocked to see both beds were Messed up. Fitted bed spreads were rolled on the beds and both sheets from both beds were pulled out from all sides. The man was nad . They walked out. Ms. [redacted]’s lie costed me $56.66 and probably future customer forever.At the time Ms. [redacted] came to check out I told her that her irresponsible behavior had costed me big time. Both the beds were messed up. "We were looking for bed-bugs. S-o-r-r-y" She utter and walked out. I paid $5.35 to make the room rentable again. On 03/05/17 Ms. [redacted] called to know about the charge of $5.35 on her card. I very respectfully explained to her. She angrily shouted that I had no authority to charge on her card without her authorization. "What authority she had to inflict monetary loss and loss of future business, "I asked her. "I want Iay F##ing $5.35 back "She said. I told her that she should contact Merchant Services at [redacted] as they had authority to settle the dispute. They only charge $15.00 as processing fee. She kept running her mouth calling names to get $5.35 immediately. I requested not to use vulgar language While talking to me, but she won't stop. I hung up. She called again. She was more agitated this time. I told her that our conversation was being recorded (it was not) so that she stops foul language. She said she did not care. I hung up again. She called third time. Same anger same language. It was the time to speak in her language to her. She threatened, he that someone will come from Chicago to take care of me. She hung up. My daughter who is a registered Attorney in our state suggested me to file a report of threat to local law enforcement authorities.Accusation of charging on her card is white lie. No business stores credit card information. MS. [redacted] is compulsive liar. She lied to me when she was here. She lied in her complaint to Revdex.com. I will settle the dispute with an imbursement in the amount of $56, 66 as loss of rental income which was the result of [redacted]'s lie. --
