I [redacted] of Marty's Maintenance is the contractor for a 203K loan for the above propertyI wascontracted to do the following work:Martys Maintenance General demolition dumpsterMartys Maintenance Haul debris bagsMartys Maintenance Floor protection paper/self adhesive film, tapeMartys Maintenance HEPA vaccuming and dehumidifierMartys Maintenance Contamination air testMartys Maintenance Hazardous waste/mold cleaningMartys Maintenance Pressure tank air/chlorination well chlorinationMartys Maintenance lead based paint repair painting materialsMartys Maintenance Hazardous clean up person protective equipMartys Maintenance Negative air fan/air scrubberMartys Maintenance Hepa filter for exhaust HEPA filterMartys Maintenance air mover axial fanMartys Maintenance Kitchen and bath plumbing repair faucet,pex, drains, air compressionMartys Maintenance seal the walls and ceiling anti-microbial coatingMartys Maintenance installation of funaces furnacesMartys Maintenance Frigidaire gallery cu gallery smooth stoveAll of the work has been completed and half of the money due to all contractors have been paid.The only issue that is not completed is a window on the garage and a door in the basement that hasto be completedWe have tried to contact the homeowner to get these two issues resolvedShehas not been cooperativeShe wants us to release a lien on all of the items that have been completed butnot paid in fullThe amount due to the contractors is approximately $We can not do a lienrelease until all of the contractors who have finished and completed their work are paid in fullWe arenot able to receive a check from the lender to pay for the work completed until all work is completed andsatisfied to the appraiserThe appraiser went to the property, and noticed their were two items that neededto be redone or completed differentlyWe have been trying to contact the homeowner to rectify the problemand to get everyone paidHowever, the homeowner wants the check cut to her and not pay everyone elsethat has completed their job i.emold midigation, electrical, etc.We are still trying to rectify the two issues and have an appraiser go back to the property, however, thehomeowner is not working with us.Thank you,
