GWP is charges the city of Glendale residents and outlandish amount of money in utility charges It is putting many residents in very compromising positionFor the last year I have lived in Glendale my bill has remained between $600-$per month in an apartmentIn all honestly, I really do feel as though I am being robbed with my eyes and wallet wide openMy August bill is $850+Yes, there was a heat waive and yes I used my AC, but there is no reason my bill should be this high when I don't have a pool or own a home I would really like to know how I move forward with a proper petition or investigation on GWP
