I hired a local contractor who subcontracted through Glenlo to install a new front door and back door on my houseNow since installation the screen doors will not close unless you force them, they are very flimsy and cheapWith in days of installation the screen door (which would never close by itself by the way) was caught by moderate wind and was bent all over and almost jerked off the new door frameWe asked if we could pay for upgraded screen doors with double closers, but instead Glenlo sent a repairman that repaired the junker of a screen door that was on thereNo upgrades offeredIn that repair process the Glenlo repairman installed the strongest closer he had and set it to the max to try and force the screen door to close, which it still would not do without you forcing it closedYou guessed it, the wind caught it again a few days later and jerked it open, but this time instead of damaging the screen door alone, it jerked a large section of the new door frame off when the

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meI met with the Glenlo owner and his primary door installer and after review of the issue, they have offered us a free storm door upgrade for the front and back door and also to repair the damage to the main door caused by the original defective storm door free of chargeWe find this to be an acceptable solution and excellent customer service after the salePlease retract the original complaint I had logged with you.
Sincerely,

I met with the customer and the dealer that we did the work for today. They are to get back to me to give us the choice of the door they would like to have.We are going to replace the front storm door and the side storm door with a higher quality of storm door. The storm door will
have a vented area so it does nothave the wind pressure when the door is closing. Customer was fine with this. Just waiting to hear back so we can order the new doors.***

I ordered a Sunsetter Shade from Glenlo with a install date of 3-weeksSince I had not heard word about the install I had to call them to ask the statusThey proceeded to say Sunsetter is behind on the ordersHe then said we should have it installed in weeksA rep of Sunsetter called to say it is in and we made a appointment for the following weekI took the day off expecting them at I received a call at stating my order isn't inTheir excuse was the shipment was lostI then called Sunsetter directly and they told me they have been attempting to deliver it for over weeksGlenlo is denying this fact and I seriously don't know who to believeIt is week and I still do not have my shade and not one person has called to apologize
I would recommend never using this company I definitely will not

These past few heavy rains because of improper installing of the flashing on the car port has caused rain to seep into window destroying window blind with rusty water-replaced blind and next rain did the same thing I called the company and they said they would charge a service call because of the year warranty on installation I told them they should not charge service charge because the flashing was improperly installed
