I am rejecting this response because:They have never sent me information verifying this debt. Furthermore, they ARE permitted to delete an item on all 3 credit reporting bureaus in exchange for a payment in full. This is referred to as a "pay to delete" and is completely legal. As usual, they have decided to completely ignore my requests to have this item both verified and removed. I will file a complaint with the Washington DC Attorney Generals office as well as file a law suit again this collection agency for violating the FCRA. I will give them 30 days to delete the item off all 3 bureaus or I will proceed with the above actions.

for this account and the debt has been confirmed with our client[redacted].  We have responded to numerous dispute inquiries through the credit reporting system.The consumer also sent us a letter 3/7/11 offering to settle the claim for 182.25 if we remove it from his credit file.FCRA guidelines prohibit the deletion of valid debts from credit reporting and as such we must comply with those guidelines.If the consumer wants to pay the account it will be updated with Equifax to reflect payment history.  If the balance is paid then it wouldbe reported as paid in full.I trust that this addresses the issues raised in the consumer's complaint.Sincerely,Bill F[redacted]Vice President

Review: I receive non stop calls from this company. I have told them that they have reached a wrong number. However, despite this fact, I was screamed at and called a liar and then, the person on the other end of the phone called me back three times in a row and hung up on me. It has been 2 months now and this company still calls me every day, and I have a baby at home! They say things like "I know that you know [redacted]" "Until the phone book calls us what you say doesn't matter Imma keep calling you" or "Are you hiding [redacted]". They call me from 8am up until 930pm and sometimes later. If I tell them it is a wrong number they sometimes use curse words and tell me that I am a liar or that that is not true. I moved here only three months ago and may have to change my phone number in addition to calling the police to get this to stop. I have never met the person they are looking for but, they are nasty unethical people who don't play by the rules! This is probably why the person they are looking for changed their number and left me stuck with this bad number to get calls on constantlyDesired Settlement: I want the business owner or CEO to call and apologize before criminal charges are brought

Review: You are illegally reporting an account to all 3 credit bureaus which is NOT mine. The partial account number is [redacted] and the original creditor is United Bank. I have sent three certified letters demanding that you delete this account from my credit reports yet you have chosen to ignore all of them. You have failed to ever provide me with evidence showing who opened these two accounts.

The resolution I want is for you to IMMEDIATELY DELETE this account from all 3 credit bureaus as well as send me a letter showing that you have deleted the accounts. I will give you 10 days to respond to this email before I file a complaint with the Maryland State Attorney Generals office as well as the Federal Trade Commission. I will also file a civil lawsuit in which I will seek damages for you incompetent, illegal behavior.

If you delete the accounts from ALL 3 CREDIT BUREAUS I will consider this matter closed.Desired Settlement: If you DELETE the account from ALL 3 CREDIT BUREAUS and send me a letter as proof that this was completed then I will consider this matter closed.

I am rejecting this response because:

Review: I received a call from Glen Associates Mid Atlantic Inc. wanting to talk to an individual that resides at my residence, I was ask to relay a message to the individual, which I did. The individual called the company back as he was ask to only to be spoken rude to and hung up on four times. He tried to get the address to send payments to Glen Associates Mid Atlantic Inc. (which is what the company is wanting) only to be yelled at and told to shut up by the male from Glen Associates, he proceeded to say that we couldn't send money randomly to their company. We ask about a monthly statement, they said they didn't send monthly statements. If they don't send monthly statements and we can't send money to them randomly, my question is how do we pay the payments that they are wanting?. He received a letter in the mail from Glen Associates which he responded to setting up a payment plan along with first payment of $50.00. He hasn't heard from Glen Associates until today (4-24-13). All I am asking from the company is let us know how we can make the payments they are wanting. We are really confused about their policies and very upset about the way we was spoken to by the employees at Glen Associates.Desired Settlement: Cooperation from Glen Associates without being talked rude to.

I needed to find a way to solve my issue with the company and ms. S[redacted] if that's even her name was very unruly, I couldn't get no direction just threats of charge, she hung up on me multiple times and called back, still with no avenue of how I could resolve this matter I've never seen such unprofessional behaviors
