Review: I bought a 2000 Polaris sportsman 500 Monday Nov.4th thinking that the atv ran and worked like it should even being sold as is.. all was good until I got the atv home and unloaded it from the trailer when the atv would not go over 35 mph. so I called the next day after buying it and was not able to get a hold of anyone to help fix what was wrong.. after call 10+ time I got a hold of my salesman Jake after telling what was going on and how much I had done with it. (only put 1 mile on it and found out that that the atv would not even go over 35 miles hour) He tell me that all he can do is help me find parts and that's it? I think having it less then 24hrs and it not working the way it should you would think they would take care of what's not right with it.. I did get it as is but it was not made clear to me when I was buying the atv that it needed work BEFORE I could even ride it don't you think that's something the buyer should know? also found out the atv was sold to me and never went though the shop to be looked over or safety..Desired Settlement: fix what's not right with the atv or let me trade it in on something that does not need work MUST give me the full amount I paided if they want to settle this way!
