This is a big misunderstandingAs we explained to the customer the insurance will not pay unless the doctor puts you out of work for three or more daysIt then pays each day she is out until the doctor releases her back to work [redacted] told us she lost job and was not working because she could not perform her duties at job and she had an attorney trying to get her job back and this is why she is out of workInsurance will not pay due to separation of her job.After receiving this complaint I personally called [redacted] offered her an A & H Form to get filled outa Doctor and her employer has to fill out the form before it is submitted to the insurance companyWe will then submit claim to insuranceThis is all I myself can do; everything else is up to insurance companyIf you have any question please feel free to contact our office Sinceredly, [redacted] Branch Manager
