I had contacted Bob Rhoades Heating & AirConditioning to service unit prior to Winter The technician JB came out and adjusted thermostat, cleaneUnit and my temperature panel in the hallway, said he repaired outside, garage Had issues with the temperature gauge not regulating in the hallway the system would come off on it would be too cold in Summer and now it is doing it in winter, I contacted the company back and they sent the same technician back out to fix it which he tried I also had to get into a combative arguement with Manager Kevin over the phone saying my AC/Heating is too old and needs to be replaced All I wanted was Blake the technician that fixed my unit the before to come back out because he did such a top notch job he not only wrapped and fixed the AC/Heating Unit in garage, outside, and hallway temperature gauge in house and said I would have a good five years left in the unit I called two weeks ago 12/29/and asked for Blake Service Tech to come ba

We just bought a house 4-months ago and had the heat/air conditioner serviced and if needed fixed as a condition to our buying agreementBobs Rhodes company was the company hired to do the inspectionIn which the the employee of said company said he serviced our air conditioner and it was in good work conditionSince we moved in during the end of winter start of spring we didn't really need to use the conditioner until last week and we noticed that it wasn't cooling our house even a little bitOur house has been reaching 85degrees because of thisNow we have tried to get in contact with this company to try and get this mess fixed but, they seem to keep giving as the run around and, once we actually got a hold of them they want to charge us more to come fix they're mess up

I called to request a service call, not only was a time not provided I was not advised of how much the service fee wasThe next day I got a call from a service tech alerting me that he should be at my residence within minutesService tech did his job in less than an hour and proceeded to write up a receiptI asked why the bill was so much and he said to call the officeI called the office and was then informed that I was being charged for travelHad I known that I was going to be billed for their drive I would have searched for a local business and ignored the recommendation I received for this businessI reached out twice via email to the owner of this business and received no courtesy response to either email regarding this matterI went ahead and paid twice as much for a service and very much DO NOT recommend this company to anyoneIn fact they still today after almost four weeks have yet to respond to my email concerning this matterHorrible customer service
