did find a return shipping label that we provided previouysly.The address provided for shipping the parts and the address provided in this Revdex.com complaint are different. If Mr. [redacted] will provide the physical address we will FedEx a check for the entire amount or credit his credit card for the entire amount and he can keep the parts. We can also refer him to another dealer that handles the brand of parts that fit this bus. In summary: We do not want the parts back. He can keep them and we will refund his money in full and we will refer him to another company that handles this brand of bus parts.

I am rejecting this response because:
I am happy to have received a refund and did find the label sent to me at the business address given to Kelly. The other address is a residential address provided only for Revdex.com reference and as a billing address.  In regards to the label that I did find the day after it was received,  I still would like to know why it took 37 days to receive a shipping label that should’ve only taken far less time.  I also would like to understand why many of my messages in regards to particular items that were requested by me and claimed to have been located or left unanswered.  In one of the replies from Kelly regarding the vandal lock requested by me in her own words she said she would get back with me ASAP on locating a lock cylinder for that lock that she had found,  however  I never received word back regarding it and when  making further inquiries on the particular part they were met with no replies. I had lots of parts that I needed because of past lack of communication through other sales representatives in getting the parts I needed at the time  they were needed.  As a result I ended up  requesting all of them at once through Kelly who was put in communication with me by the general manager who first received my original complaint.  I took into account that my model year bus is more difficult to locate parts for I also took into account but I was asking for a large number of parts,  but that does not  warrant  The breakdowns in communications.  Again I appreciate immensely the refund and only wish for an explanation as to how these type of communication breakdowns were allowed to happen by the Thomas companies number one dealership.
