On 10/31/we had contacted Roto Rooter at 8am to request for someone to come out to service our drain in the kitchen because it was clogged over the weekendWe spoke to a lady who said that she will get someone out to our home after 12pmAt 2:we had contacted the office back to ask a ETA for the plumber only to be told that due to an emergency on a Commercial Business that it was not guaranteed if a plumber was going to come todayMy mother was very upset because she took time out of her day to wait for the plumber and yet nobody mentioned anything that the plumber may not even make it out to the home todayI decided to call for my mother to find out what happened and to let the lady in front office understand that if the plumber was not even expected to come out today that a phone call would have been appropriate so that way we could have time to come up with another solution Instead it took us to call back only to be told that there was not one Commercial Business emergency but several along with other people in front of usThe lady became quickly rude after I was letting her know that it was wrong to make it seem that Commercial Business takes priority over any Residential CustomerAfter feeling that the residential customer has no priority I let her know we will no longer do business with themThat is not how you should run a business by advertising that you service both Residential/Commercial yet only prioritize the Commercial businessesShould have more employees to be able to service both areas
