Review: Glenn Smith once again has ignored phone calls regarding the flooring that was laid in my house. I had another flooring contractor come to my home to assess the problem, he in fact states that the flooring was not installed correctly. It was laid without enough room given for expansion. That is the reason that they buckled. One would think that a GC would know that. I called and left yet another message advising [redacted] of this. No return phone call. Its so funny that when he was begging for payment from the mortage co(and I mean begging- so unproffessional) he knew how to dial the phone. I should have fired him when he first started the job, just for his child like behavior and aggressive outbursts. I quess he never did a fire job, like he said he did. To date my floors remain buckled. I have no choice to file a complaint now with [redacted], and then sue him.

Terrible workmanship. Stay away from him...he's a liar, and does horrible work.Desired Settlement: I will hire someone else to replace the buckled flooring. Reimbursment for the cost of repairing the floor.

Review: Glenn Smith was our general contractor on the rebuild of our house, after a house fire on February [redacted], 2012. The rebuild was finished in November of 2012. We had bamboo hardwood floors layed in our kitchen, living room, hallway and master bedroom. It is now September of 2013, ten months since the rebuild was completed and as of the last two weeks, the floor in our kitchen is now buckling and coming up, getting worse by the day. Since the floor is interlocked, it would have be ripped up and replaced. We contacted him to ask him to come to our house and take a look at the floor and he refused and told us to just sue him instead and hung up.Desired Settlement: I would like the contractor to come to our house, access the damages to our brand new floor and replace it. The cost being his, as his workers layed this flooring down.
