Sorry I haven't responded sooner, I did not receive a previous email As per my last email to the complainant; I told her that her requests were neither reasonable nor rationale, and asked that she quit bothering me I feel bad about her situation; apparently she was receiving some sort of cancer treatment at the time I worked for her, and whether the cancer or the treatment affected her cognitive abilities I do not know But her allegations are totally false.Frankly, I don't respond to extortion attempts, and no amount of slander will convince me to return payment for a job well done In the client's online gallery, the metadata on the first and last photos clearly shows that I was present and working nine minutes before and two minutes after the contracted time frame The allegation that I showed up minutes late is only the first in a long list of outright falsehoods.True, I was not able to capture every single shot the client requested Nor would anyone else have been either, unless they could be in two places at the same time I did capture as many of the shots as was practical and the body of work speaks for itself The gallery can be viewed at: [redacted] My work/business has been highly reviewed on various online wedding sites for many years, and it is well known that I charge much less than the going rate for wedding photographers Based on the results delivered to this client and her attempts to gain a refund of her investment by posting allegations on every available reviewing site, no amount of moneys or further work will be forthcoming.Thank you

I am rejecting this response because: Mr. [redacted] is still refusing to provide the contracted video footage that we paid him for, along with specific still photos we had discussed with him in advance.  His response in referencing my cancer diagnosis displays the same insensitivity he showed toward my family during our wedding. I am horrified that he would suggest my health is to blame for his breach of contract, and I can assure you that my cognitive abilities remain fully intact.  We contracted with [redacted] for videography and photography, which is clearly outlined in the contract written and sent to us by Mr. [redacted]. His claims of extortion are absurd.  We spent months asking for the video we paid him for, and only after his refusal to provide it did we ask for a refund of our money. He has not fulfilled the contract we had with him and has proven to be an unscrupulous business owner.
