on 11/11/mr.*** *** dropped off his car a chevy nova for repairswich included
full body work wich was completed, fixed rust areas marked by customer him self!, and full body work, and repairs on inner door jam driver side
shop gave customer 1hr free to replace left side hinge only!! right side was not included due to the fact he did not want to pay for that side to be fixed he said he would fix himselfrepairs took a little longer than promised to customer do to supplement meaning add ons by customerwich were repair rust on L&R fenders and to apply corrosion protection on car aprons and also to apply seam sealer on both aprons of vehicleanother add on after that was to repair corrosion under hood and to apply texture chip guard under hood and paint black, also added was undercarrige protection under coat under car and shoot clear coat on itthru this process of add ons customer was askimg for or days to think and talk with wife to determain if they where going to fix all this issues also customer was undecided if he was going to restore his rims thru the whole process till near the end and decided not to do it
here at ***'s auto collision we are dedicated in resolving people repair needs this customer came in for auto body repair and paint, we never agreed in full restoration on vehiclecustomer needs to read work order correctly as it was explained to him previously

Shop owner and son would not fix damages they said they would fix in contractThe shop owner/son continued to tell me to bring in the car on their terms to fix itThey then told me to sue them if I didn't like the work they have provided and couldn't continue to do correct work unless it was how they wanted to go about fixing itI'm going to be taking the shop to court to settle this dispute
