I called to ask for an estimate and to see if they carried liability and workers compensation insurance. I was told no one in the area carries workers comp even though I already spoke with three other companies that do and are coming to give an estimate. I don't really appreciate this company trying to get my business with deceit.
I called several tree services June 8, 2015, to place a bid on removing trees and brush on my 2.5 acre property (a $6,000 job). I was told that by the lady that answers the phone for their company that somebody would contact me the following day to schedule an appointment. I did have a missed call from somebody the following day that I later found out was Glenn's Tree Service. I noticed that it was their cell number because they left their business card in my mailbox. I returned their call the following morning and was chewed out and demeaned by Glenn. I was told that he had called me four times (he called me twice back to back) and that he had left me a message (my cell phone is not set up to accept messages) and that he came to my property and knocked on my door (he did Not have an appointment). I was in the shower when (I assume) he banged on my door because my two granddaughters came to my room (as they are suppose to) when somebody comes to my home. Terrible behavior!!!!

We, have used Glenn's Tree service several times and they do a fantastic job, We would highly recommend them.
