Review: On 10/21/13 I went in to G. Spa Auto with 2 speakers I said to the technician I want you to install one speaker on the front passenger side of my 2002 Cadillac De,ville because that front passenger speaker is not working the technician said to me, the old speaker need to be replaced it will cost me $35.00 for one speaker, but the technician said it will be best to let him install the 2 speaker for both front side to have the speakers matching each other and that will cost me $47.70 with tax. I said okay. when the job was completed the front passenger speaker still not working and the technician said I will have to pay him $45.00 to find out why that front passenger side speaker is not working and I said to technician why you did not tell me changing that front passenger side speaker may not fix the problem. and the technician said me that it will be $45.00 to check the sound system out. and I said to him that you did not completely tell me your company policy and I think you should take off $10.00 from the $47.70 installation and the technician said no! to me and I got in to argument with all the technician there I called the Glenside police department and the police officer arrived and made police report for me.Desired Settlement: I want partial refund. I want refund of $10.00
