Glenwood Apartments

A black soot substance falling throughout the apartmentWe notified the office when we realized the issueThey then had the maintenance guy come out and check the unitA week later the substance was still falling so I contacted the office again and they were getting a hvac professional to come out and look at itOn Wednesday I contacted the office back when the manager let me know that they had came out and looked and recommended to put a different air filter inBut yet and still left no paperwork from the hvac professionalShe said to give it a week and if we weren't satisfied we were able to get out of our leaseA week later it was still fallingWe contacted the home office in Greensboro nc via voicemail and email and after a week we still hadn't heard back so we contacted the person above them via voicemail and tomorrow will be a week and yet no return phone call.I have pictures of everything that was covered in this soot in the apartment as well
