good Afternoon:I am writing to respond to the above case number.The site had some issues identifying the problem of why the unit would not stay cold however as of July 18thper my Regional Maintenance Coordinator her unit is now working properly We needed to replace a copper line set under the unit due to it having a hole.Please let me know if additional information is neededRegards, [redacted] Property Manager
