with one of our companies or do a broker of record change if there current policy is more feasible At the time of complaint our agent was unaware of Felix Insurance new location (if any), which coincides with Mr Woods account of the situation When it was brought to Gloria's attention that Felix had opened a new location and that Mr Wood no longer wanted the insurance the policy was canceled and refunded to insured with out question It was not Gloria's intention to defraud the customer, we were up front about not being affiliated with Felix Insurance and what options he had if he wanted to get insured with Oasis Insurance

from you was $331.00. I can not refund the whole amount request as it was submitted to carrier and used to cover the days you have been insured thru the carrier. I can either apply the $68.00 to your current policy which would make the payments around $137.00 or we can apply it all the current bill or issue a refund by check. Sorry for inconvenience the employee that helped you is no longer with the company.
