We have explained to the customer many times how the warranty process works on a defective part. Customer has a hard time understanding verbal and written forms of communication. Invoice #[redacted] clearly shows that warranty was applied to part only, therefore there is a -$80.00 that was...

subtracted from invoice. Customer did not pay the part again and Glez Auto does not owe the Customer for the Part like the complaint states. Labor re-imbursement was submitted through [redacted] Labor Warranty department. Invoice #[redacted] Explains that same statement; That either full or PARTIAL Labor re- imbursement will be applied through [redacted] and NOT through Glez Auto Repair Inc. On May 18, 2018, [redacted] paid only 50% of the labor to Glez Auto Repair Inc. in cash, and that same day cash was given to Customer in the amount of $93.50. See attached email letter from Labor Warranty Claims to [redacted]. Glez Auto Repair Inc and the Customer pleaded with [redacted] and their Labor Warranty department for full Labor Re-imbursement. They told us that they are entitled to only compensate 50% of the labor. [redacted] and their Warranty Department denied paying the full 100% of Labor. Since It is not Glez Auto Repair Inc fault that the part became defective, we are not entitled to compensate Labor to customer. Glez auto Repair and its members understand the Customers frustration. However, Invoice #[redacted] has a foot note to all Customers: “Customer is responsible for ALL additional work needed on his vehicle or from damaged parts”.  The Customer signed the repair order on April 12, 2018 acknowledging all these facts.  We are an honest Family owned business and we strive to help our community and build relationships with our customers.  We sincerely hope that the Customer can fully understand all the facts and be content with the whole warranty process.
