In order for any solution to be issued, you will need to bring your vehicle in for us to look at, but that does not dismiss the fact that you still owe the money you were paid by [redacted] We did the repairs as written, therefore that money is due The workmanship is warrantied but we need to be made aware of issues and have the opportunity to address them, which we have not been given.Again has far as the interior being dirty, you never showed up for the detailing appointment, which would have taken care of that

*** *** was in our shop for her mirror to be placed. At that time, there was no OEM mirror available to us. We do business with the local *** dealership. The customer was given the option to have an aftermarket mirror installed or to wait until an OEM one was available, which
we had no idea when that would be. The customer chose to use the aftermarket mirror. When she returned to say the mirror appeared loose, we did inspect it and it was secure.If the customer wants to bring the aftermarket mirror to us we will refund the customer the price of the mirror which is $plus sales tax

In order for any solution to be issued, you will need to bring your vehicle in for us to look at, but that does not dismiss the fact that you still owe the money you were paid by [redacted].
