asked to set up an account withGlider Oil supplying propane in February of 2017.• The contract and work order were signed by *** *** is the person who ordered the delivery in question in March*** *** is also the owner of the property per Oswego County GTS tax map number ***• The driver did delivery wilhout receiving payment because of !he Blizzard hitting the area on March 14th and 15thThe Company always goes out of its way to provide fuel in such situations even to customers not on open account.• *** called in July asking for a deliveryShe was asked to pay down the outstanding balance*** said she could only afford to put $dollars down on the outstanding balanceDan P*** never said the balance owed would be forgiven.• The *** are responsible for the payment of the fuelThe family issue of the property is not the responsibility of GliderI think if the *** were forth right on the situation, the issue could have been handled in an expeditious mannerNo one at Glider was rude, we simply asked for the bill to be paid.• *** *** called on September 13th yelling and cursing at my assistant Danielle.• Danielle asked me to intervene.• *** *** demanded that we come and get our tanksI told her we would pick up the tanks as soon as possibleGlider picked up the tanks on September 15th ending our business with the ***.• One last fact I wish to point out is that the *** received statements of their account from March to JuneIt was only when they needed fuel that the issue of a father law was brought upAgain, we are not going to get into the middle of a family dispute but *** *** was always associated with the properly in question. In dosing the *** arc owed a refund for the unused gas in the tanks at the time of pick up.
