The customer was sent the item that she ordered. When placing an order online, sometimes colors show up differently on monitors. The colors is very close to what is shown online. It is a standard on our website that this notes is left on every listing "?NOTE: Color of photo and actual product may...

not match exactly due to differences in monitor calibration."  It was not listed on that exact listing, but that doesn't qualify the buyer for a refund. This is note a "lie" as it is stated in 99% of our listings. Our website clearly states we do not offer returns unless your item is damaged and the customers item was not damaged. Because this listing did not state the disclaimer for a very minor possible color difference I made an exception and offered a refund.  Because we offered a refund and there is nothing wrong with the item, there is a restocking fee. this again, not a "lie", this was an exception made on the customers behalf. Return shipping is NEVER covered and that is stated on our website. The items we sell are handmade, customized and 100% made to order so when an item is returned that has nothing wrong with it, a restocking fee is applied. Thanks

I am rejecting this response because: the item was not advertised correctly. Again, the item color is not due to a monitor. I looked at it from several monitors, iPhones and they show the same color. The seller photoshopped a light pink color top but sells a dark fuschia color. She advertised a v-neck top but sells a crew neck. The item was not advertised properly and no note/disclaimer was listed on that listing. I feel that as a consumer, I should be refunded back 100% as the seller false advertised regardless how "minor" she thinks it is. I should not be penalized due to seller's false advertising. Seller should include a picture of what she is actually selling.
