Review: Prior to purchasing several items with my credit card, I inquired as to the return policy. I was told by the store manager/owner that merchandise was returnable within 7 days. I wanted to be clear on the return policy because I was buying merchandise that I possibly wouldn't need and would want to return. When returning a few items within my 7 day time period, I was told that I could not return for a refund, however, could only exchange for other items. I was told that I couldn't return for a refund because a "return button" was not available on the register. I requested that my credit card be credited for the merchandise as I no longer needed the items, however, my request was denied. I also added that the reason I verbally asked about the return policy was because the policy was not posted in the store. Furthermore, it was not marked on my receipt as "exchange only".Desired Settlement: I would like to return my items for a full refund.
