salon. We do guarantee our work. Every nail is different and everyone's cuticles are different. Just regarding her complaints, I offered to have her come in and redo the nails or fix whatever she wanted fixed and she was all for it until I brought up that she walked out without paying for her pedicure. Instead of responding to me, she bad mouthed the salon on Facebook, needless to say if clients respond to her that has no reflection on us at Glitz. Not one of us here responded to her at this point.
