I'm responding back to the complaint of a customer who got serviced at our salon on April 21, and was not happy about itThis is our side of the story: On Friday, customer came in and wanted a full set while showing our technician a picture of the nails she wanted from her phoneOur
technician started to perform the service and found that her real nail beds are extremely short and wideFrom the picture she showed our technician, the nails from the photos were very long with long nail bedsSo, the technician cut the nails to the similar length as the picture shownThen, the customer did not like it, so, she told the technician to cut it down shorter and shorterBesides telling our technician to cut the nails shorter, the customer did not complain about anything elseAfter the basics were done, it's designing timeOur technician tried 3-times at her best ability to design like the photo and asked the customer if it was alright with herThe customer said no and she didn't want any design anymoreThus, there were no designs at the endThen, customer left and the next day, in the morning, came in to the salon and the first thing she did was asking for a refundOur technician offered her to do re-shape & re-polish only since there is nothing she can do when the short nail beds with long tips will tend to curve a bit upward because of her natural short nail bedsThe customer did not want to anything and just wanted the money backSo, our nail technician told her to please come back on Sunday (which is the next day) or Monday so the owner can look at her nails and fix or refund or do whatever the owner might do to satisfy herThe customer refused and said she did not have timeAll she wanted was her money backShe then went on Facebook and wrote a bad reviewAs you may know, certain nail beds curve upward and certain ones curve downwardHers was very short and wide and they curve upward positionThus, when you put on the fake nail tips, the tips will curve naturally with her nail beds in an upward position and you will see it more when the nails are longerWe explained to her about it and also said due to her wide and short nail beds, they will not look exactly like the picture because the picture was showing someone with long and narrower nail bedsOn our side, our technician did offered her a re-shape and re-polish or come back on Sunday or Monday for the owner to take a look but it was the customer's choice not to show up or willing to take the offerShe just wanted the money and that is not how our business worksWe cannot just randomly return every single customer complaints without seeing the real problem or try to satisfy our customersWe did our best to offer her when the owner was not thereNow, my resolution is to have her take photos of her nails and send to me so I can understand what is going onIf it is not like what our technician had told us, we will ask her to come in again and I will fix her nail personallyThat is the last offerIf it was possible to do, how come the other salon that she went to was unable to give her a fixIt was not how the nails was done because our technician believed she did her best, but it was the customer's natural curveIn any case, we would like to see how her nails are now and will offer her a fix to our best ability that we can from our years of experienceWe open a business to offer our customer a good service where they would come backThere is no way I would want our salon to provide a crappy service and the customer runs awayWe always tried our best but the customer does not want to cooperateShe just wanted her money back even though another salon cannot even redo it for herSo, please contact me via email or call me if you have any questionThank youSincerely, Tammy B**

I am rejecting this response because:  I was not offered to have my nails redone at all when I was told no I asked for the refund.   I also went to another salon and they did reshape  and made the nails look normal. As you can see in the photos of my nails you can see the poor quality of the service and how clumpy the polish was. I will never set foot in that salon again nor will I refer anyone to there.
