I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The woman was not honest in her reply I called three times and left messages, including my phone number Not two, and not without leaving a contact number She was the one that was unwilling to listen to me -- never apologizing She only gave excuses, which I found unsavory If any one had to call and call and call without any response, they too would be concerned about the honesty and integrity of a company that I had been loyal too for decades Only after I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com did the company attempt to make amends Otherwise they would have continued to ignore me, I believe Yes, they did send me a check for $for my spoiled meal, and I appreciated it, but I had to call a second time and remind them to do so Without my persistence and without the help of the Revdex.com, this company would likely have still not done the right thing I hope they learned from this experience

28, There was another message from Mr*** but he didn't leave his number for us to reach him on November 10, returned his phone call on November 29, *** *** and had conversation regarding the missing sauerkraut in his 8oz can he purchasedtried to explain to him how we fill our cans of sauerkrautMr*** didn't want replacement couponSo offered him $in replacement for his mealGLK sent out the letter of explanation and $check on 12-7-He contacted us again the day after the check was sent outWe have not heard back from him since the date of this letterpersonally spoke with Mr*** on more than on occasion and while he would not allow me to speak and not willing to listenWe were able to reach the above settlementWe are small company and we use voicemaii to obtain information so we can call consumers back during our business hoursHe was unwilling leave information on the voicemaii and we believe that created his frustrationPlease let us know if you require any further follow up to this matterRegards, Rachel M*** Quality Assurance Specialist GLK Foods, LLC ***
