He said he "knew" what was wrong with my hot water heater. I was out of town. $127 later it still wasn't working. He left my wife advice to look on internet. Are you kidding me? I wish I had the luxury of not fixing customer problems and still get paid. And he wAs the highest price on quote for new heat and air by $1000.
