This is a scam, this company has been using all our company's information to fraudulently have clients to hire his company for restoration services.
Last week Friday May 18th, we received a letter in the mail from the Revdex.com regarding a complaint from a customer. When reading the description of the complaint and also the customer's name, we immediately realized it was not our customer. I personally called the number on the complaint for the customer when I explained to him who we were he realized they meant to make the complaint for Global 4 Disaster Restoration. I then called Revdex.com who also understood and realized the complaint was for the mentioned company. Today 5/21/18 we get to the office and we receive a call from a woman stating she had experienced several falsified classifications from this individual claiming numerous trades, one of which was a general contractor under our name and using our stock photos from out business, fleet, and out offices. He was advertising on Yelp.com and nexdoor.com under his name and under our company to where and which he received negative reviews for faulty and unsatisfactory work.
This person has to be removed from advertising, and provided services until he can be verified and certified solely for himself under his own business, providing satisfactory work to the community and having no association with our business and other businesses he has been associated with.

My name is ***, and I'm the owner of Global 4 Disaster Restoration. Global Enterprise owner and myself has a same friend, who less than 2 weeks ago reach me out on phone to informed me, Global Enterprise owner contacted him, with a situation, which was created by one of our former client.
This person is attempt to post a negative review under my company name, however the review was both under Global Enterprise and my Co. Global 4 Disaster Restoration account. As my friend informed me G.E. owner called up our former client, who told him I represented my company as Global Enterprise and he didn't know my co. was Global 4 Disaster restoration. As G.E. representative posted on Revdex.com. some lady called them up and told them I introduced my company as Global Enterprise.
1. I never opened any account on Yelp. Ever.
2. My former client starting his review to mentioning my name, and my company name. It is not true his never heard of my co name, and It is not true I introduced my co. as Global Enterprise. Also the service authorization head line is shows as Global 4 Disaster Restoration and my business card too.
3. My Co. is opened at 2009. and 9 years later for some reason I creating a account on Yelp under somebody company with his Co. pictures ( which by do way shows Global Enterprise, what is would be a question *** to any potential client, why is not Global 4 Disaster restoration.) for less than a week period. I creating a account on a same week when I getting a negative review and interestingly some lady calling on this week G.E. to back up this story. Make sense. Right?
4. We contacted Yelp on phone to figure out, where is the account which was shown as my Co, because is not available anymore. They informed us it is 2 option could happen. The person who opened, discontinued it, or if they not getting verification from the person who opened the account Yelp deleting the account.
5. The account shows error about my address number. The company who printed the business card they accidentally switched the last to numbers. The person who opened the account used my business card to type in the wrong address.
This is still under investigation, and until forward information I can't serve any additional detail.
I Contacted Yelp and I filled out the necessary form in order to remove the negative review, they said it : Global Enterprise who need to request the removal.
What Global Enterprise stating, it is an simple slander. They doing this without researching, and collect all the information, which would be all side of the story, including myself. The points I mentioned above is simply a product of common sense, and a little investigation, which looks like Global Enterprise is a lack of.
Many client do not leave a review, but dose who did (except 1) was show a satisfaction, and happy clients. If we talk about a scam: we don't need to leave a positive review to our own company.

Finally, I want to ask Global Enterprise , to stop calling my Co. a scam company , because it is based on a false, and incomplete information, which is showing a inept and immature, situation handling.

We disagree with the response, as you can see attached are the pictures from the yelp account with their name but our pictures. We received a call from a neighbor of Global 4 Disaster Restoration who stated they were advertising with our information on "google" and "nextdoor". When we checked the yelp it did show it had been created a couple of days before the incident, yelp advised to claim the account and update our information which I did. We do call the company a scam because they are using other companies information as you can clearly see in the pictures, we did all the research necessary and we even had a witness personally calling stating the above.
In our first respond to Global Enterprise defamation, clearly and unmistakably outlined all the reasons is show, they accusation is false. However, they still stated, we advertised our co. as them on Google, and on Nextdoor.com based on some mysterious caller, who called the company on a same week, when the negative review was posted.
The account under my name was registered just before the review.
Even *** stated, quote: "When we checked the yelp it did show it had been created a couple of days before the incident."
Well this also supports my claim even if you don`t see this. In other hand ( according with your version ): I created a account on YELP, after 9 years I opened my company, so I can receive 1 negative review. Very bright, and logical conclusion from Global Enterprise..
By do way: YELP doesn't give out any information unless if it is your account. That is why is still under investigation with a head quarter. Also, I would like to see the proof which is show, my advertisement as Global Enterprise on Google, or Nextdoor.com. Would be quite the challenge, because is not exist. Looks like Global Enterprise research time was less than I writing this respond because we still didn't get a answer even from YELP. 1 more thing, if someone open a account on YELP ( or anywhere) , how is possible, someone else can claim the same account and update the information. How, when YELP told me, they can't give me a information, even about who opened the account.
It's will never happen, because you need verify your ID . This is simple a lie, or if it is true, than anything can happening with YELP administration service.
I not expecting from a office person to understand, and solve a "difficult "situation like this. But if the owner or CEO. can't see the picture it is show his/her ignorance or a lack of intelligence.
