claim was denied by DHL. We shipped her package using DHL (waybill # [redacted]) to China and when the package arrived to customs in China, DHL contacted the recipient [redacted] and asked him to provide a CCC (China Compulsory Certificate) certificate which he was unable to so therefore the Cellphone could not clear customs. I have contacted DHL several times to have the cellphone returned and they said it was impossible because the package contained a battery. I have filed a claim with DHL because she did buy insurance but my claim was denied. DHL responded with "The shipment could not be cleared through customs nor could it be returned based on customs regulations in China. Based on the forgoing, your claim is denied." . I have all supporting documents includind DHL shipping Invoice and DHL Loss/Damage Cargo Claim response letter. Even though DHL denied my claim, my boss still wanted to write her a check for $780 but she was in another country at the time. I told her to wait till my boss gets back so she can sign the check and she accused me of lying and threatened to use legal action against us. I have sincerely tried to help her and work with her but she didn't try to work with me at all. She was very impatient and demanded her money right away. Review: I brought over a package to be sent to China on December **, 2015. Til this day it has not moved. I called the phone number on the shipping label they gave me several times. It's always an anwering machine. The shipping label they use is for [redacted] with tracking number. The telephone number listed on it is [redacted], the other number [redacted] is disconnected. So today, January **, 2016, I stopped by the store to ask how come it's been over two weeks the package hasn't moved when it should have arrived at it's destination. The older lady who does the packaging said she doesn't understand me so I spoke to the girl behind the counter. She said nothing they can do, it can take up to three months. I have to wait three months, it's very common. I told her but other packages mailed after mine has arrived at it's destination already. She said nothing she can do, I have to wait three months. That's not what I was told at the time, they told me 2 weeks. It's over two weeks now. I asked if she can call customs or if she can give me customs phone number if she believes that's where the package is. She said no I would have to wait three months. I asked about why I keep calling the phone number on the package slip noone answers. She said that doesn't work so she gave me the business card. On it is the phone ###-###-####, that turns out to be a fax number. Please advise what to do.Desired Settlement: I would like to know the whereabouts of this package, not wait three months later.

Review: I used this delivery company to send a package containing a cell phone to China. It was never delivered (transaction date 1/**/2014). I purchased insurance at that time.When I advised them that my package was never delivered they promised to refund the cost of the cell phone. I went to their store many times to get the refund but each time they refused me, offering such excuses as the boss not being in the store.I sent a statement of claim to small claims court but they advised me that they needed the legal name of the company (evidently the name printed on the receipt (global express) is not their legal name. I went to their store and they advised me that their legal name is Global Access Enterpri USA. Since the word "Enterprise" is misspelled I suspect this may not be a legal name either.Please advise.Desired Settlement: I desire a refund.
