1- I pay $for a coupon because your website told me that I will get the LOWEST Price wich wasn't true so that is called ADVERTISING.2- since the only difference between the deal I got (without the coupon) and what you offer is the annual contractThen you should advertise NO CONTRACT REQUIRED instead of lowest price guaranteed.3- Your customer care department is awful.4- Now I know that there are a lot of people that felt for the same "offer" and did not got their money back, how I know? Just taking a glimpse at your customer reviews online *** for example

I originally filed this claim in January. Claim #[redacted]. I have not figured out how to give you more informatation and notify you about the company contact and now I have accidently closed the original case. I did put a stop payment and filed a complaint with my bank who has now refunded me the...

$67.60 for 4 payments that were unauthorized. Globalfit called me only after your letters were sent and my bank stopped payment. They stated that my 48 week contract automatically switches to a month-to-month membership. I had no idea and cannot find it in my original contract agreement. I received this email on 2/20/15: Dear Valued Member, Thank you for contacting GlobalFit where we are changing lives through physical activity. We are sorry to hear that you wish to terminate your membership with GlobalFit. To process your cancellation please read and respond that you agree to the following: The membership with [redacted] Athletic Club will be canceled effective 2/28/15. After 2/28/15 there will be no further billing to your account. Should a payment decline, your account will not cancel as scheduled until the balance is cleared. You will continue to have full access to club through 2/28/15. Once your response is received you will receive a separate email confirmation.Please call ###-###-#### Option 2 if you have any additional questions or concerns. Yours in Good Health, Customer Service Team [redacted] Philadelphia, PA [redacted] TEL: ###-###-#### FAX: ###-###-#### To which I replied: Agreed that the account is terminated but after several attempts to contact your company via phone and email, this account would have been cancelled in January. I have not attended the health club since December as I believed my contract to be up and that can be verified by sign in records. My bank has refunded the last four payments taken from my account to your company as those charges were unauthorized as they were past the 48 week term of my membership. The Revdex.com had also been notified and notified you of the issue the beginning of February and there had been no response from you until now. I do not wish to continue your services and in my opinion, this matter is closed. I will let the Revdex.com know that you have contacted me and closed my account with Globalfit. Thank you. [redacted] I have not heard anything since this by phone or email from Globalfit and am now waiting to see if they attempt to draw funds from my account. Please let me know how to update you and I will await your determination also.
