This letter is in response  to complaint   ID#  [redacted].

We are committed to having our customers satisfied.  In this case I believe it will be difficult. The original contract included  no duct work  . As mentioned in the previous letter we added two new ducts to the dining area and  living room  to the home absolutely  free of charge  in effort to balance air flow and satisfy [redacted].

I am sorry [redacted] is not happy. Section one of the contract states "All sales are final". Therefore the air conditioner unit cannot be returned.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear...

I have the response of Global Air everything they wrote is true. Except for the end where it states my wife was satisfied. Which would an inaccurate statement.

What the letter from Global Air does not state is that I was sold an air conditioning/heat package and promised that it would incredible well. When the represenitive came out for original estimate I asked her if my ductwork was good enough for new air that a previous company has told us they needed to be replaced. And not designed for a/c. Global Air sales Representative said they were fine and did not to be replaced. The sales Representative name is [redacted]  also mentioned that a rough estimate on my monthly electricity bill at 120-160 . On installation day she was here for payment of unit and even said " you will be cold tonight" 

The A/C seemed to be a disaster. Stayed on forever, rarely ever cycled. The rooms where cold and the main areas such as living room and dinning area heat as high 91 degrees per tech that came out to check. 

This is when I called global air and requested help.

After having unit for only two days I requested a return and reinstalling my previous unit. I was told this was not possible

After only 2 days of installation. I also said I would pay for all the reinstall of my previous swamp cooler. At that point since I was told return was not possible. I asked for help due to what I felt a/c not working properly. A technician came out and looked at it and said that there was a very poor install. Return placed In wrong place no duct work ran to living area or dinning area. He found there to be up too a 19 degrees difference. I asked tech how much it would be for complete install and not what I got which they call a conversion. And would not guarantee work. Well the complete installation would be an additional $1200.. This is exactly where I had a professional estimate [redacted] and now they needed to be changed. The tech me the sales Representative just wanted to sell unit and make her commission.  After two phone calls and much arguing Global Air placed two new ducts at no cost. Which made very little to no difference. I was made to sign a paper saying that I would have no recourse. And told bye technician that installed ducts that Global Air would not do one single thing to help work or not. This paper is the reason for all the cursing Global air mentions I'm there letter. To be clear the new ducts where installed on techs second visit.

Global Air gave me TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT for the new duct work. I'm addition to having to sign forcefully a contract that was 100% unfavourable to me. Global Air have done this anyway based on such a huge variance in degrees. I signed the paper so I could get some kind of relief for horrible heat in the house directly from the UNBALANCED AIR. 

I have just received my new electricity bill $392 dollars. Lied to again.. And now very worried to see where I'm the world I will have the money to pay this. This has easily been my personal WORST EXPERIENCE in the 12 years I have lived I'm my home. I have been lied too by sales Representative and then received virtually no support or help. I am 100% not satisfied. And would not recommend them to anyone!

I would be a 100 times happier with my old swap cooler

Review: I purchased air conditioner from global Air LLC. I was told that no additional vans were required for installation and that existing ducts would work perfectly and I would quote unquote be sleeping cold that same evening. The unit functions well but the house with the existing ducks that have in place does not call the entire house I called Global air and told them about this one day after the purchase that it was not calling. They told me they would send out a technician which they did to review the problem he told me that the Ducks were not correct for the work that was done and that was at least need to have two additional ducts put in one in the living room and one in the kitchen so that it will have air flow in those areas where it does not now idental global air so they can come out and do the work they told me it would be free I told that I had a huge problem with this as far as the air conditioner not functioning properly we were told that everything will be ok and now nothing is working somebody came out to put on the air ducts and then required that I sign a paper giving up my rights as a consumer stating that if this fix doesn't work then there is no more records. I declined to sign the paperwork and therefore they did not do the work that was promised or needed to be done. I am completely dissatisfied with the company in reference to them not coming through with what they said they would be doing promises of an existing unit that I had as a heater that they removed they said that they would sell for me on their behalf at the [redacted] and come pick it up they never did either of those two things I have an existing mini split unit which they also said that they would remove for me and also sell on their behalf of the [redacted] and give me the proceeds then that all changed as well so basically everything that the sales person told me was a lie everything that they said they would be there now I'm here in the house somebody came out with a temperature reading there is an 18 degrees difference between the living room and the bedrooms it is impossible I asked if I could get a refund and completely give the unit back and then put back my old unit and the beach charge whatever the labor was accordingly they told me that they did not guarantee that because they did not put in the back I don't know what to do anymore this point I definitely need some assistance if somebody could please help me or call me my name is [redacted] number is ###-###-#### thank youDesired Settlement: I would love to have the existing air conditioning unit work as a promise that was if it does not I would like a refund completely off all my money I was told many many things and how great this will be this has been nothing short of a nightmare I have not had the house this hot in over 12 years this is extremely unacceptable all I want is some assistance if at all possible they can even put my old unit back on top of the roof I'll pay whatever their labor charges are but I cannot live in this heat any longer.
