$4000.00 and settle so we did then [redacted] wanted the remaining 1200.00 plus his lawyer fees. I agreed to pay the 1200.00 two weeks ago and to try and work something out with is Lawyer for his fees. My lawyer then had written a settlement agreement for them to sign and send back to us. After waiting for several days I had called [redacted] and he said that he was in the UK and will be back on May 6th. today is the 8th and we haven't heard from him or his lawyer.
