DO NOT EVER use this companyThey took our keys and moved our cars to another sight without our permissionWe rented from Global (looked decent and had a clean bathroom inside) and had to get our cars from a completely different locationWe waited for the van to pick us up and it NEVER CAMEWe had to call and were told to get on a different van that said Gold CoastThe bathroom at Gold Coast was outside and completely GROSS! The worst part was our cars were FILTHY and full OF ANTS! THOUSANDS of ANTS in BOTH CARSIt was DISGUSTING and inhumanThe owner took no responsibility and said the have NO INSURANCEGold Coast and Global are the SAME SEEDY OWNERSHow can they drive our cars (without our permission), and have no insurance? They need to be SHUT DOWNSHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS WITHOUT INSURANCE!!!! We have no idea where they kept our cars for a weekLooks like on grass and under treesThere was tree sap all over both cars alsoThe ANTS were so bad in the band NEW CAR the window doesn't work and the dealer said due to ant infestationThe car isn't even one month old!!! Now we have to sue this company to get the car fixed (dealer said ant infestation isn't a covered expense)DO NOT EVER use GLOBAL or GOLD COASTBEWARE THEY HAVE NO INSURANCE AND DRIVE YOUR CARS!!!!

I made a reservation two months in advance for parking with this company. They charged me and sent me a confirmation for my reservation and paid in full. 9 days before my actual trip, they called to tell me there had been a mistake on their end and they had to charge me an extra $60 or they could give me a full refund and I could find another solution for parking. I was told by Tyson (The Director of sales) that it was an unfortunate mistake but I had no other choice but to pay extra or get a refund and find a ride to the airport, he stated "9 days is still plenty of time". I said "I made my reservation 2 months in advance, does that sound like someone who thinks 9 days is still plenty of time?" I asked to speak to someone higher than him and he stated "I am director of marketing and sales, if you have a complaint I am as high as it goes".
This is not good business or customer service.

Returned and called at 22:40 for a ride. I was told that the shuttle would be there 23:00. At 23:05 I called and was told the shuttle was on the way and would show up in 20-30 minutes. At 2340 I called again and was placed on a brief hold only to be told that they message was not relayed because of a shift change at 23:00, so somebody was on the way. Finally was picked up at 00:05.
