Hi,Here is what happen,Home owner asked us to scheduled the initial appointment with the tenetWe contacted tenet and scheduled appointment Oil 9/8/between 2-Our technician called at 2:17pm at ###-###-#### and left message for tenant that he is on his way (tenant had asked us to call this
number when our technician is on his way (9/8/16) and no one responded, technician was at the property at and called again to let the tenant know that he is here, still no one respondedTechnician also called the H/O On *** to let him know that he has left a massage for tenant that he is hereOur technician went up to the apartment building and knocked on the door, The tenant opened up and said no one had called herOur Technician told and showed the tenant that he called twice and left messagesThen our technician diagnose the problem and told the tenant he had to Order parts 1- actuator and 2-lid lock assembly and left the property.On 9/9/at 2:Our Office called HO's Warranty company to turn in Our report and Order the parts with there authorization departmentUsually the turnaround time for the warranty Company to send us the parts is 7-business days but it can also get delayed depending how backed up they areKeep in mind we can't Control when Warranty Company Will send the part out and We also don't get payed till the job is CompletedHO and tenet had called the Warranty Company and asked about the part ETA but where not given any ETA due to the fact that they newer placed the orderThe, Warranty Company called us to update us On 9/21/(C) 12:*** from Warranty Company in authorization said that they could see that Global has ordered the parts but was never ordered on there end, so she put a rush on the parts,Tenants brother also called to inquire about the part and we told him on 921/(G) 1:that the part has been orderedH/O and tenant kept Calling us to put them on scheduled, and we continuously explained to them that not till the part is here or not till we have any ETA of the part We can't put you on Schedule for the repair,finally we received the parts from the warranty Company on on Friday 9/23/we called H/O and tenant to let them know about the part and also offer an appointment on Monday 9/26/16, and which they accepted the time between 10-on Monday, and specifically asked that technician call the tenant at ###-###-#### when he come for the repair on Monday.Technician was on his way on 9/26/and left 1st massage for tenant at ###-###-#### (G) 11:then 2nd massage (a) 12:on the same phone numberNo one responded, technician then left a message for H/O on 12:at ***Still no One respondedTechnician waited at the parking lot for minutes and call the office to let us know that no one responding to the phone callsWe also called the H/O and tenet to follow upH/O admitted to us that the tent was at the property and received a Call from the technicianWe explained it to him that tenant is not responding to the phone calls and the massages that technician had left for themHe then told us that he will call the tenant and ask them to reschedule with usWe also called the warranty company to let them know about H/O's was a "NO SHOW" for 9/26/We spoke to *** (south Carolina call center) in authorization with *** warranty company (who assigned this claim to us and send us the part) on 9/26/(GI) 5:he told us H/O is liable to pay for "no show" fee of $before we can reschedule an appointment for themWe then called H/O and let him know about that H/IO and tenant were very upset and the tenant told us that she doesn't get signals in her apartment so she has to take her phone in the balcony to attend the phone.( I wish she had mentioned this earlier so we could have avoided this whole situationwe still provided them with our best customer service and went out with the part and fix the issue.)please feel free to contact us anytime with any Question regarding this matter
