I just received a "Documentation Acceptance Form" from Global Asset Management stating that I am holding the prize number to receive $1,560,000.00. According to this letter I am to sign the form, verify that I'm 18 or older, verify my name and address, and enclose a $20 cash, check or money order. I did not enter a sweepstakes of any kind. And any company that asks for money for a "one time document processing fee" should be listed as a scam by the Revdex.com.
