We are responding to the letter that we received on 6/29/When [redacted] purchased her Vehicle on 03/30/she was offered a warranty of days or 1,Miles Whichever comes firstAs she stated in her complaint the issue with her vehicle occurred on the day after purchaseOutside of her warranty periodWhen her boyfriend stopped In the car lot to complain about the issue with the vehicle he stated that he changed the oil himself and now there was no oil in the vehicleAt this time he also started using profanity and threatened to run his vehicle threw the buildingA few days later [redacted] called and spoke to the owner ( [redacted] at which time I was not presentI later to spoke to her and Asked her " If anyone had changed the oil in the vehicle and she said no, It still had oil in the motor." So we have Stories concerning the maintenance of the vehicleWe did have an issue with the title from the dealership that we purchased the car from and now received the title which she wanted a copy of and was sent to her via text messageI do have her hard plate at the dealership and she was called on 06/24/and notified that her hard plate was at the dealership and she could pick up at convenienceWe are very sorry for what has happened to her vehicle but this wasn't something we could foresee
