On June 8, 2013, We sold [redacted] a 2009 [redacted]. At that time we had [redacted] sign the photos from Insurance Auto Auction before the vehicle was repaired along with the PA Reconstructed Title, The vehicle in question was...
not involved in an accident but did have wind damage from a local storm. Something landed on the upper surface of the car. There was no frame damage. The only issues [redacted] had with this vehicle is from normal wear and tear and normal service. Since purchasing the vehicle over 2 years ago [redacted] put over 40,000 miles on the car and in that amount of time things will wear out. We have always addressed any concerns and serviced the vehicle when she alerted us with any problems. We understand [redacted]'s frustration when something may break or wear out on her vehicle, but it is the nature of the beast.
