My name is [redacted] with Global1Auto.I am responding to Mrs[redacted] complaint on her Chrysler [redacted] ).Mrs[redacted] purchased this vehicle from us on 9/08/since she had this vechicle she was told she must maintaine full coverage insurance while she was finaceing it from us,twice she stop making payment on the insurance wich then the insurance canceled on her,Ifound out and right away I called Mrs[redacted] so her car would not go in default and get repoed.Their was also many times that she could not make her payment on time so I gave her a week to make her payments.Global1Auto helped Mrs [redacted] as much as they could until she canceled her insurance again.Mrs[redacted] CHrysler was sent for repo on 1/09/and was repoed on 1/10/18.GLobal sent Mrs [redacted] a day letter to pay the vehicle in full.Mrs [redacted] agreed to pay for it in full wich she did.ON 1/20/she came in the office and paid off the remining balance of$3,,two hours after she left the office Mrs [redacted] called me and asked if we did anything to th car because she was standed on the side of the road and I told her since her car was repoed no one touched it or moved since the repo ( tow truck) broght it

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: they told me to doate the food because you can't return perishable it would decay.? Send-A-Meal is being smart nowThey know that we donated the food, thats why they said that if we return the food they would refund the money.? Now its time to send a complaint to the Attorney General in Texas regarding this matter.? Send-A-Meal is playing games now.? What kind of company this.? They also had other people on the web that was disappointed with the companyHad we known this was a bait and switch we would never never deal with themAll they do is lie throught their teeth.? This is not a way to run a company I want them to refund $back to American ExpressIf you like [redacted] food? and you have a problem with them, no doubt would return your money and you can donate the foodthey would never they you to return the food.Regards, [redacted] & [redacted]

Know nothing about mechanic, worst mechanic

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: On Send-A-Meal web site it stated: If you are not abolutely thrilled with any of the meals that we send you, for any reason at all , we'll cheerfully replace your gift purchase or REFUND YOUR MONEY, whichever you preferSpoke with *** at *** *** and he said that they are not affiliated with Send-A-Meal. *** said that Send-A-Meal had plac e the order with *** *** to send to us without permissonWe thought that Send-A-Meal was making the foods themselves*** also looked at the web site and didn't see anywhere they mention any companies that are affiliated with. They Lie to us, letting costumers think that the meals are coming direct from, that they made the mealsI want them to refund the back to american express.Regards,*** & *** ***

This order was delivered on 7/8/as requested. FEDEX Tracking number: ***We have requested several times from the customer to confirm that the delivery address she provided was correctShe has been non-responsive to our email attemptsSee attached emails

Actually, the company had notified me that they were sending out another gift basketThat is what I wanted!!- for my family member to actually get the gift I had originally had tried to send herI don't know how they got the idea that I was cancelling it and wanting a refundBut, if indeed they did credit my account, I guess I'll just have to accept this screw up and start all over with the gifting processAfter this big hassle, my family member still doesn't have any gift!!

This customer provided an incorrect delivery addressShe agreed to our terms and policies when the placing the online orderIt states on her receipts and on our website:? Shipping Accuracy: Check your addresses carefully! Send a Meal reserves the right to make corrections and to limit refunds
and replacements if an address error is made? Our guarantee extends only to correctly addressed ordersOur meal shipments are perishable, and we cannot guarantee the condition of the package if the delivery service has to reroute the coolerWe guarantee delivery only to the provided address confirmed on the order acknowledgement

We have requested numerous times for the customer to forward us a copy of her receiptThe receipt shows delivery on 10/29/(today)The order is being delivered on the day it was promisedThe shipping schedule showed a delivery date of 10/for 2-day where she selected her shipping optionAgain, please forward us a copy of the receipt you received.?

I am rejecting this response because:No one told me when I called or initially corresponded that the package would be delivered on 10/29/They told me that the package would be delivered on or before 10/29/In addition no one offered any sympathy or apologize for the hardship this caused due to the extenuating circumstancesIf a business is going to post on their website that customer satisfaction is 100% they should be able to back it upAny reasonable person would expect that an order placed on 10/would be delivered on 10/(day)Again, it was not until I called to complain about "where is my package" that I was advised of the "cut off"
