Review: Global Battery Buyers offers a battery recycling service, they pay for the batteries that you send them. The process usually involves someone from my company calling them and requesting a label, they fax you a label so that you can ship them the batteries you have and then they mail you a check. It has been over a month since I have shipped them two pounds of batteries, we have been calling for a month and have left messages but no reply or call backs have been made. The last time we were able to speak to them they had called us a few days after we received the labels to verify if we had shipped the batteries, which we had the day before.Desired Settlement: All I would like from them is to finish the transaction we have started or my batteries back.

Review: Global Battery Buyers in a business who buys used silver oxide batteries from people or companies and pays you for them by the pound.

In late June, I sent in 5 pounds of batteries and after inspection they called me to tell me it came out to $250 roughly, and that it would be mailed to me in a check within a few days and even told me the check was mailed out. After about a week of not receiving it, I called in to see what happened and nobody answered. I called them everyday and emailed until a few days later I finally got an answer and they told me the power was out at their facility and that the package was never inspected! (complete lie)

Next day I called again and they told me it had been inspected and the power at the facility came back on and I would receive my check. Another week goes by and still no check so I call, this time they tell me the entire batch of checks went missing in shipping and many customers didnt get their checks so a new check was printed while I was on the phone and I was told it would be sent out the next morning. Another week goes by and still no check so I call again and no response from anyone via phone or email. So I wrote a messege on their [redacted] page and was told by someone representing them that "[redacted]" was away and would be returning Monday. I call Monday and no response to anything. It is now Wednesday and nearly 2 months since I sent it my package.Desired Settlement: I just want my check that I am entitled to.

Company received from myself 18lbs of used silver oxide watch batteries in which I have proof of date & time [redacted] made delivery & also I have cell phone text messages from [redacted] saying at first check was lost in the mail. Then after a week he said he would send money directly to my bank account so I gave him the routing & account # & nothing. I have spoke to him many times also with an excuse earlier in this en devour that a truck had crashed nearby so they were backed up with payments. So recently I have tried to call him and emailed him as late as last week with absolutely no response from him even after I mentioned to him I would be contacting the Revdex.com. I'm sorry it's come to this & shame on him using your trusted name for his self gain at other innocent customers expense...
