Hi [redacted]This product does not state anywhere that it removes black heads, I'm not sure why you were under the impression that it does. This does help to remove dead skin cells - just because you can't see it does not mean that it's not there. The human body has roughly 1.6 TRILLION skin cell...
(this of course varies by body size). About 30,000 dead skin cells fall off every hour! Needless to say, it's almost microscopic.
