Review: I entered this debt resolutions since July, 2011 with this company with the intentions that all my creditors will be settled or paid within 2 years contract. I paid almost $13,000. from my RRSPto cover the creditors payment and their service.I keep sending them any creditors statements and all harrassments or credit collections letters. I was advised not to worry everything will be ok and they are all negotiating with my creditors, not to answer phone calls. It took 3 years now to and now all my creditors add on 3,000-5000. interest on all my debts. One of them put a lien inmy property and took $5000 of my deposits which I will used for my family to help them in Typhoon [redacted]. Now there phone is out of service, used all my money and no creditors are settled. Why they need to cheat us we are already seniors, my husband is legally blind and my health is not that great. We have no choice but to pay one of the creditors through our credit line. We went to Money mentors in Canada and we have no enough means to pay the rest. Pls. give back the maney I paid you if your plans eversince is making fool and lies to people who are in hardship already. I would appreciate very much if you can look after my complaints asap.
