High pressure mean salesman Randall, forced me to purchase GAP insurance, when I refused the GAP insurance they both told me, Jeff and Randall they would not sell me the vehicle unless I purchased the GAP insuranceI have since learned this is illegal
The vehicle they sold me, they said had just been thru their mechanic's check, when in fact the mechanic has not see the vehicle in the shop, all the fluids were low, and we had to return the vehicle to the dealer for repair
Turned out the motor was bad, and needed to be replaced, the dealer kept the vehicle almost a month for repair, in the mean time, I made the payment to the finance company - finally got car out of the shop and was able to drive it less than a month befor the same issues forced it back into the shop, again for several weeksNow a third time, but this time the third motor blew up, the dealership basically said tough st, it will cost you dollars to fix itThis is an unscrupulous business with shady salesmen, Randal in particular- pushy and overbearing, rude and obnoxiousHe called me while at work over times in a matter of minutes about getting the signed paperwork back, I had received it via email less than an hour earlier
